Our Services are not designed for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18, including children under 13 in particular. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Nevada without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to the subject matter of this Privacy Policy will be the state and federal courts located in the Clark County, Nevada and each of the parties hereto waives any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
